Who we are

Since 2002, Quality Health Care Group has serviced the greater Philadelphia area as one of the premier health care providers. We provide excellence in service when it comes to home-based care. Our skilled healthcare staff can provide services right within the comfort of your client or loved one's home. Should your client or loved one need a place to stay, then we can provide that special home to them. Our team spans a wide range of disciplines which includes nurses, social workers, behavioral specialists, therapists, and aides. Our connections built over nearly two decades with healthcare staff throughout the Philadelphia area means that your clients or loved ones receive excellence in service.

Adult Residential Services

We provide supported, individual living situations in a warm, caring environment for individuals with serious mental, emotional, and/or physical disabilities. Around the clock support is available. Programs range from intensive, highly structured services, to care plans that promote growing levels of self-efficacy. We also help prepare our clients for jobs and help them get and keep meaningful employment.

Home Health Services

Our skilled home health services provide medical attention to people who are homebound due to illness or injury. By sending nurses, therapists, and home health aides to the homes of our patients in greater Philadelphia, we make many of the services you would receive in a hospital or nursing home available in the less costly, more comfortable environment of your own home.

Medicaid Pays 100%

Quality Health Care Group maintains various certifications and contracts so that many of the services are funded largely, if not 100% by Medicaid, the Veterans Administration, state programs, etc. Medicaid programs often pay 100% of charges for our adult residential services - for life. Quality Health Care Group is proud to be contracted with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services to provide services for the clients they refer. The services we provide toward employment, supported living, and behavioral health in cooperation with the Department, are particularly valuable and personally rewarding programs.

Quality Health Care Group is one of only 19* health care providers in Pennsylvania to achieve and maintain accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities (CARF). CARF represents a specialized and elite accreditation focused on rehabilitation programs such as behavioral health, employment and community services, medical rehabilitation, etc.
